The Wedding

Helen and Graham are married, On a lovely late July day which started at Cooden Beach for Helen's preparations and ended at Powdermills Hotel in Battle with the drinks reception, wedding breakfast, speeches and dancing. Helen and Graham were married in St Peters Church in Bexhill - the same church her parents were married in - and the ceremony was lovely.

The Pre-Wedding Shoot

Helen and Graham met me at the Powdermills Hotel in Battle, East Sussex on a warm sunny day. As this was my first visit to the hotel taking photographs we did a quick walk round the property and then starting making some images. I used the wonderful light and varied features of the hotels gardens and grounds to get some contemporary portraits of this couple as well as some classical images for their pre-wedding shoot.
