For many others though this is the busiest period of the year – even allowing for a hectic summer schedule of weddings and other work. We are definitely not winding down. Yesterday I provided PR photography to Eclipse Archery who had organised a sponsored archery shoot in North Waltham, Hampshire in aid of Help for Heroes. The images were provided in an online gallery for the competitors to view and I know that Phil is planning to have this event covered in some of the relevant magazines, and press releases supported with my photography.
Some days you get to do photography for yourself. Not much but sometimes. Today this Hampshire photographer managed to get over to the Festival of Speed at Goodwood House near Chichester (a lovely wedding venue) in West Sussex for the first time in years to do a little personal work.
Today we were on the beach for low tide early morning for a family photographic session here on the outskirts of Fareham.
Last night we covered the Party for Life charity ball at Norton Park in Hampshire for Cancer Reasearch UK.
The organiser, Amanda, is one of our portrait clients and asked if we could print on the night to enable guests coming to the ball to have some lovely memento images – and of course we were happy to oblige.
Thursday saw the first of three weddings this weekend in the busiest of our year ! Beata and Justin who met us at the De Vere Grand Harbour wedding fayre in January had planned a lovely wedding and were not disappointed as a poor weather forecast turned into the most beautiful day of the weekend.
On Wednesday evening I spent some time with Beata and Justin at Chilworth Manor in Southampton for their pre-wedding shoot.
