Todays little newborn in the studio was the daughter of the winner of our recent newborn photography competition in Baby Hampshire magazine.
Her parents travelled in from West Sussex in the morning and we spent a while photographing her using a wide selection of our high quality blankets, hats and other props. Once asleep she was an absolute angel and very contented as you can see from this small selection of images from the shoot.
This beautiful little girl was only 7 days old when she came in for her newborn portraits to our Hampshire based studio. We met mum, and gran at the Southampton Baby & Toddler show back in October, and they called us on arrival to arrange a session.
Well I just got back from the Hampshire Baby & Toddler Show in Southampton. The show started very busily, and the large cruise centre terminal filled with prams, toddlers, expectant woman and friends, dads, husbands, partners and parents. Our stand drew lots of admiring glances, and wonderful comments and we spoke to lots of people...
The second annual Hampshire Baby and Toddler Exhibition takes place this weekend on the 2nd Octovber at the City Cruise Terminal. It runs from 10am to 3:30pm and should, based on last year, be an amazing event. We will of course be attending again and will be in our regular position at stand B12, close to the refreshments area.
Today we photographed a little four week old baby girl in the studio, for her newborn baby photographs. With most of our older newborns Baby D took a while to settle, and felt most comfortable in a little knitted cocoon but once asleep we took a series of portraits of her for her parents with the cutest of angelic expressions.
This mornings newborn portrait session was for one of our wedding clients from 2009. It was great to see them again, and also to meet their brand new little girl.
Todays portrait was of a sleepy little boy of 30 days brought in to our Hampshire studio by his mum and dad for a fine art newborn photography session. Once asleep this little man was a complete star.
This morning we had another portrait session with a newborn baby here at our studio in Hampshire to create some wonderful fine art images.
Today’s little boy was ten days old and his mum and dad are previous clients of ours, having photographed their wedding about three years ago. I have seen them at other weddings we have photographed where they were guests and kept in touch and of course I was delighted to hear that they were looking to have their newborn baby photographed when born.
Yesterday was the Hampshire Baby and Toddler Show at the City Cruise Terminal in Southampton – and what a show. We were situated on Stand B8 showcasing our fine art newborn baby photography and didn’t really stop talking to mums, dads and parents-to-be all day.I just wanted to say a massive thanks to everyone that stopped at the stand and spoke about the images they saw, and also the quality of the photography and our products.
