Hard to believe that I need to start posting about Christmas but for our wedding album supplier over in Australia now is the time of the year we get notification of their key dates.

One of the Marwell Wildlife meerkats got in on the action during our recent pre-wedding shoot up at Marwell Hall for Danni and Stu’s pre-wedding shoot. It proved to be their favourite and I have just prepared a lovely desk framed print for them as a memento of the session. The 9×6″ print is encased in a 14×11″ oak frame with a matching oak fillet and comes with a desk stand.
We have spent the latter part of 2009 and early 2010 reviewing the albums we offer, parents albums to accompany them, and also the costs associated with our weddings and the prices our suppliers are charging us. In 2010 we held prices, partly because of the global recession, and partly because our suppliers had also managed to contain costs. However in light of some of the recent changes we do need to restructure some of our packages and also reflect some price increases which we have already had to take on and some which we know will be coming in late 2010 and in 2011 prior to us supplying any albums.

It is traditional and still very popular to have your guests sign a book with a lovely message for the couple. Quite often this is a blank book, or is enhanced with polaroid images taken at the reception of the guests. We take this one step further to create a beautiful bespoke book with images of the couple presented in a contemporary design and uniquely personalised to them and their wedding day. Space is left either amongst images or on blank pages with plenty of pages and room for the number of guests you are expecting.
We will be attending the De Vere Grand Harbour wedding fair on the 21st February (this coming Sunday). This show we will have some new items on our stand, and look forward to speaking with couples looking for quality wedding photography in fine products with a relaxed and friendly service.

We have just delivered some framed products from a recent family portrait session, and I thought I’d post them up here to give some more examples of what our prints look like when they are finished for our clients.
This shoot was for the grandmother of the four children for a significant birthday. The large image in the gold frame was a clear favourite and one of mine as well. It looks stunning framed, and the colours work really well. This is presented as an 18×12″ print in a 24×20″ frame, and was supplied finished and ready for hanging.
