Contemporary baby photos: 10 day old baby boy

Baby L came in for his contemporary baby photos at 10 days after birth. He arrived at our warm natural light studio with his mum and dad, and we soon got in to making photographs starting with a blue theme before moving onto a soft brown to allow us to use the cute little teddy bear hat we have in our collection, and another longer one.

St Cross Church Winchester and New Place Wedding: Michelle and Jon

Yesterdays wedding was held in the picturesque church of St Cross in Winchester, and then onto New Place in Shedfield. I started at Michelle and Jon’s house where I met Michelle’s parents and the bridesmaids and got some lovely documentary images of Michelle getting ready as well as details of the bridal wear.

Newborn baby photographs: 4 week old baby girl

Today we photographed a little four week old baby girl in the studio, for her newborn baby photographs. With most of our older newborns Baby D took a while to settle, and felt most comfortable in a little knitted cocoon but once asleep we took a series of portraits of her for her parents with the cutest of angelic expressions.

A very small slice of Cornwall

I recently headed down to Cornwall for a short break. However, I did still take the cameras, and a tripod with a view to taking some Cornish landscape photographs as a rest and reinvigoration from my normal subject matter – portraits, wedding and commercial work.
