The MacDonald Botley Park Wedding Exhibition is fast approaching and takes place on the 5th of September 2010. The show is organised by De Mellow Promotions and is the premier wedding fair at the start of the exhibition season, we will again be present with a significant stand in the atrium area of the hotel.
This is one of our favourite fairs with the organiser attracting many other excellent wedding suppliers from cake makers and florists, make up artists through to fun casinos. However, more importantly we always get to speak to some wonderful couples at this wedding fair, many of whom will be getting married at other churches and venues in the Hampshire area and not just the Botley Park Hotel. In fact we have booked weddings for the New Forest and even East Sussex from couples visiting our stand as well as more locally to Botley.
We will again be showing a range of high quality albums with real weddings, parents albums, bespoke guest signing books, engagement / pre-wedding shoots, and some large framed prints and canvas wraps as well as our high quality proof books. We will have albums on show from Marwell Hall, Cams Hall, Cain Manor, a private barn on Hayling Island, and our newest display album from a lovely wedding at Rhinefield House. Large prints feature weddings from Langrish House, Gate Street Barn and The Potters Heron and a canvas wrap from a lovely wedding at the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. We will also have a feature slideshow running and access to many more of our weddings and album designs.
We very much look forward to meeting you if you choose to come down to the wedding fair and do come to our stand where will be very happy to spend some time with you talking about your plans for your wedding and show you some of our work. On the day we will have some more information to take away, and will be scheduling appointments to come to the studio for a more detailed, personal and dedicated opportunity to talk through your wedding and how we could be part of your day. We are already booking heavily through the popular months of June – August, and turning away some couples because we are already booked for their date although we still have availability through the summer – do check with us to see if we are able to cover your wedding. Demand for the months either side of these is also increasing as many couples plan their weddings having waited to see how 2010 turned out, some having delayed their weddings for 12 months. The wedding fair season typically sees an increase in enquiries and bookings and we recommend making your selection of key suppliers for your 2011 wedding as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The show is an excellent way to view many of us in one place, make comparisons in quality of work, personality, and products and get to meet us in person rather than trying to make a decision on such an important choice over the internet.
