This afternoon we photographed the pre-wedding shoot of Katy and Rob at the Gate Street Barn in Bramley, Surrey. Gate Street Barn is rapidly becoming one of our favourite wedding venues and I’m delighted to say I’m already talking to 2010 wedding couples about this venue and my photography.
Anyway enough of that. Once again I was spoiled for choice with the entire exterior of the barn, and the gardens in immaculate condition. With a slightly overcast but bright sky there were no really places we couldn’t shoot and so we quickly got down to the business of making some wonderful images which will provide Katy and Rob with a great reminder of the day and also some practice in being photographed for their wedding which is in a couple of months.
Katy was wearing a stunning red and white polka-dot 50′s dress and Rob looked very cool in his suit, it was lovely to see them dress up for the day to get the very most out of their images. It didn’t stop them sitting on benches and even down on the flagstones near the doors of the barn as we got some very different looks to the shots.
Here are some of the images from the day – there are more after the jump. Hope you like them !
