Noelle and Ross have the dubious privilege of being my first wedding clients (currently) for 2008. They have selected the wonderful Tithe Barn near Petersfield in Hampshire for their wedding, and so with daylite and sunset in mind we organised a pre-wedding shoot their today for the same time as their ceremony so we knew what to expect – as well as to get some lovely images of the two of them and for us all to get used to the photography so on the day it all runs smoothly and discreetly.
Today I photographed the wedding of Alison and Alasdair at Silchester House just North of Basingstoke, part of the Bijou wedding venues group
Ceri and David got married at Mottisfont Abbey near Romsey on the 17th August. This stunning National Trust property was a fitting backdrop to this beautiful wedding with a strong bell-ringing theme.
Todays wedding was the highly prized 07-07-07 date and I had the pleasure of spending it with Josie and Richard at the lovely church in Warblington near Emsworth and the wonderful Stanstead House near Rowlands Castle.
Todays pre-wedding shoot was for Josie and Richard who are getting married next month. We arranged access into Stansted House within Stansted Park, West Sussex where their reception will be held, and managed to cover quite a few of the amazing parts of this wonderful period house and it’s gardens.
Yesterday was the wedding of Helen & Justin down in the naval dockyard, Portsmouth in the lovely church at St Ann’s.
I had been looking forward to this wedding for some time, and fortunately my luck held out as the poor weather skipped Saturday and the morning and ceremony was blessed with lovely spring weather. Whilst I had not seen Helen or Justin since their e-Session on the 20th January I knew through email contact that they had been busy putting finishing touches to the wedding, and it certainly showed as everything went to plan with the guys in their naval uniform and the bridemaids in a “meonshore” blue. The flowers by Christine Walker were stunning with heart motif’s and the blue theme on the bouquets.
