Fareham Newborn Portrait Session – 2 week old baby boy
We have had to take a reasonably long break from blogging our newborn and toddler images as from October onwards a lot of the images are destined to be used for Christmas cards, or more importantly Christmas presents and we don’t blog them so as to maintain the surprise for the intended recipients – usually proud grandparents, aunts and uncles.
This young man came to us in that timeframe for his session after his mum was recommended to us by another one of our long term clients. We delivered his images ready for them to be given as gifts in plenty of time and now I can happily blog his images having safely passed Christmas !
He had a wonderful expression through most of his newborn portrait session and we captured some memorable images in our toasty Fareham studio with some lovely autumn light. Whilst it took a while for him to settle, with the assistance of some careful rocking from yours truly and some recorded womb noises, we keep him in a deep sleep for the short period of time we needed to get some different poses with and without a small selection from our hat collection.
Here are just a couple of images from the session for you to view.
January and February are looking busy in terms of clients who have pre-booked sessions with us some time ago and if you are expecting over the coming 2-3 months we would love to hear from you as soon as possible to reserve time in our diary. Not only is it often too late to find an available session to capture these newborn portrait images if you call us once you are settled back at home after the birth, planning ahead means we can prepare you to get the most from the session and give you time to think about products, including our very popular birth announcement cards.
